We offer different account types for Sellers, Buyers, and Agents, each with specific features and responsibilities appropriate to their role in real estate transactions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Circumvent any security features of the Services

5. Property Listings and Transactions

Listing Accuracy

If you list properties on our platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings.

No Guarantee of Transactions

Collider AI facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee any transaction will be completed. We are not a party to any real estate transaction conducted through our platform.

Due Diligence

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding any property or transaction. We recommend engaging qualified legal, financial, and real estate professionals for all transactions.

6. AI-Powered Features

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to provide features such as:

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Collider AI, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive automated text messages related to your account and transactions
• Message frequency varies based on your activity

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

8. Fees and Payments

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLIDER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collider AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Collider AI regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
